Note posted on June 8, for those who are planning to use Airbnb or similar services to stay in Okinawa during Strings 2018: Airbnb has announced that it is cancelling any reservation scheduled for guest arrival between June 15 and June 19 at a listing in Japan that does not currently have a license required by Japanese laws. It has also stated that it will automatically cancel and fully refund any reservations at listings in Japan that have not been licensed within 10 days of guest arrival. Those who have made reservations using Airbnb or similar services may want to check with their hosts to find out if it affects their reservations.
After completing your registration, you will have an option of making your hotel reservation through the site by clicking on the "accommodation" button. These hotel rooms are offered by our official travel agent, Tobu Top Tours. Some of these hotels are in Onna Villege close to the conference site, and others are in Naha City.
